Returns

Editions (mugs, vases, tiles, prints, totes): if a piece arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos. I'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

If you change your mind on an undamaged piece, email me within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you. The piece must come back in the same condition it left. I'll refund the item cost once it arrives.

One-of-one work: all sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged in transit. Document with photos when you open the box.

I don't do exchanges. If you want a different piece, return the first one (if eligible) and place a new order.

I'm one person packing boxes in a warehouse. I'd rather fix a problem than argue about it.
