Shipping

I ship from Commerce, California, via USPS Priority Mail. Orders go out once a week, usually Tuesdays, after the kiln has cooled and I've had coffee.

Domestic (US): Flat rate $12 per order. One mug or four tiles — same box, same rate.

Timing: Editions ship in 5–10 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page. One-of-one pieces may take an extra week — I pack them myself and I'm careful.

Most orders so far have gone to Austin. If you're somewhere else, that works too.

I don't ship internationally right now. If that changes I'll note it here.

You'll get a tracking number by email when the label prints. If something arrives damaged, email me within a week with photos. I'll make it right.
